OSAC has undertaken various projects in different parts of Ethiopia. To mention a few: In Tigray Region, Mekele City Reem House Tower and Rania Tower, Addis Ababa In the middle City of Kasanchiz 2B+ G+13 Osac Tower and Betoch saving houses 40/60 Condominium Apartments 2b +13 (2 blocks) finishing works in process in Lebu Varnero area 5 (B+G+1villas) finishing works Lebu Palace 1000sqm. Modern villa in-process projects were carried out by OSAC. At Ayat residential area too, we have 2 villas (one G+2 and the other one G+1 projects done in low-cost houses, and prison administration buildings were constructed by OSAC.
